Thanks all, sorry I didn't get chance to say it before. I didn't get any cake - but as me and mr janeyo went off to Nice the day after, for a few days with no children I can't really complain!
I had a hectic homecoming, dad broke his foot so I have been driving him about, and then mum broke hers last week too! I think it's karma as she laughed loudest at him! So have been ferrying her about too, and also looking after my 92 yr old nan as she has recently had her hip replaced and my mum was caring for her, but of course can't now!
And my bump is now huge, and I am NOT due until December depsite what the world and his wife seems to think, so there! (getting about for myself is proving harder and harder!)
Still my boys go back to school on Tuesday and I only have 2 weeks left at work as I am taking early maternity, so might get a rest then
Sorry I missed this Jane, I'm glad you had a lovely birthday vacation xx
MrPB did something similar to me when I broke my foot in 2007...He got rushed into A&E 2 days later, after mowing the lawn, and had to have his appendix out! Helpful :-/
Some days it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints!
One bit of old folklore wisdom says to plant tomatoes when the soil is warm enough to sit on with bare buttocks. In surburban areas, use the back of your wrist. Jackie French
