Will have a look rusty, but the muzzle sizes don't always fit the dogs well. The red kelpie has a hugely thin long nose, with a small head. The black dog a medium fat nose (and didn't she go psycho when I tried to put a soft on one her!) and the only muzzle I could find had a velcro fastening around the nose so you could 'size' it to the dog - psycho pup fixed that velcro very quidk!
I'm also a bit worried about putting a muzzle on the new recruit as he had to be muzzled while he was fitting and the vet was working on him and he gets very anxious when you even try to hold his head atm.
We're taking it in turns to take him outside, but he's feeling better today and wants to be out all the time!
And he's found his wag again! Wagged his tail this morning.
Wow - just had a look - that is some muzzle! Don't think I could leave a dog unattended in a muzzle to be honest. It would work for walking them on the firetrail, but not for being out in the yard unattended.
