I did a circular garden for one of my OH's schools about 10 years ago, it was weather just like this as I recall. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to discover that it is no longer there.

I can't remember what we used to edge the beds, I think it might have been log roll as it would follow the shape, though it might have been corregated plastic. You can see I have a good memory.

It was wet.....that's all I remember.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

I like the idea of a central bit. I put the same question on the FB page and someone suggested a central section and a cross shaoe coming off of it, very similar to your idea BM. I lkie the idea of having an African keyhole garden at the centre as well.

Went intoday and a quarter of the site was under water!

I'm not surprised with the amount of concrete we discovered, it was like an archiological dig. Where was Tony Robinson when we needed him..........

Another idea to mull over: keyhole bed (which is what I typed into google images, there are quite a few more)

Wait till next week Donna and I hope to have a photo of our finished bed with the cross over it!
Really there are so many ways. Last time we put a large rock in the middle and I just stepped over on to it from the edges. So depending on what materials you have available, just use them to decide what will work the best for you

With our longish herb garden we put down biscuits of hay as a pathway up two areas and that way we can get in to plant, water, weed and harvest. And eventually when everything is growing well I may even plant into the pathway
