Who has Flooding?

Thankfully, we aren't affected by immediate flooding. There is traffic madness out there though, as there are closed roads but no signs to warn drivers. We've been thinking about the best course of action in case we do flood - we never have yet, but best have a plan in mind.

My heart goes out to those poor beggars in the North, who are only just recovering from earlier flooding, especially those in Newburn and up that way. It looks devastating.

It is shocking that again people have been flooded out. What an awful year for the weather. Hopefully no Grapes have been affected.

Flooded allotment

I am in Stockton-on-Tees and this is how we have been affected. I have no clue what to do when the water goes as it will be contaminated, the water is from a beck which has burst it's banks. I have only had the allotment 6 months and am devastated!! The greenhouse you can see in the pic is 6 feet 7 inches at the apex, that will give you an idea as to just how deep it is !!
