With everything seeming to be going on at once with my Court Case being active and preparing for the NVS Championships at Harrogate I missed the opportunity to enter the Competition for the best container. Here's a pic so you can enjoy anyway.

A very delicate blend of colours, the pink of the tall pink things echoing the weathered stone of the troughs. The fragile and subtle lobelias, tumbling over the container, serve to break up and soften the hard stone edges: whilst the dramatic contrast afforded by the red and blue petunias, drawing the eye to the right and offsetting the symmetry of an otherwise formal planting add a bold touch to this striking arrangement.

VC you so are an absolute nutter but I so love your comments. . Feral, it's simply blue and white trailing lobelia around the edges, there are geraniums(zonal pelargoniums) and petunias, and the tall plants are Antirrhinums/snapdragons. Really simple and effective.

Lovely display AP. For file resizing I use Picasa 3 (free from Google). Just select an image and email it to yourself, Picasa resizes it automatically and you don't seem to lose too much detail.

open pic in paint as then save as it will reduce the file size on saving
