Do we really need mature dating sites on the vine?
I've got bathroom adverts (which I have been looking at) and 'Ladies online' which I haven't!
How do you work this ad blocker then?
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)
A mate of mine 80 years old and quite staid was doing some research on google into Middlesex. Unfortunately he typed Middle sex, the results if he is to be believed were very funny to say the least.

Do you use Chrome. Snadger? if you do, its in Tools/Extensions. I've also added "Keep my opt-outs".
You can always pause ad-blocker if you feel the urge
You think that you lot have problems?
On some forums, the advertising that pops up is prompted by the words used in the most recent posts. I keep gamefowl (chickens) and I once made the mistake of posting about my gamecock. The adverts that popped up were, shall we say, rather staggering.
These days, I only go onto forums where the owners have actually paid to be pop up advert free. Adverts on any forum are IMO an absolute pain.

I use chrome for ebay only. Everything else runs through IE. Just downloaded a free ad blocker for IE and the ads are GONE! (Kinda miss em a bit now!)

Reason: Put radish instead of radical!
