If you don't know what it is - you take the first letter of a word and add it to an "-ay" sound at the end of the word. So Back Slang becomes " Ackbay Langsay".

When i was coming home one day i called into butchers shop in Sheldon in front of me in the Que was a very tasty young lady behind the counter was 3 young men discussing what they would like to do with this young lady in kcab klat (bham back slang).
When it was her turn to be served she gave them both barrels it was hilarious to watch if they could have crawled under the counter they would have jacob.
