I'm getting married

In June next year!
We've finally set a date after being engaged for 3 years. Or rather I told him to set the date and he has!

I want to announce to all my friends on facebook but have to wait til his brother has been told.

AND I need some hints desperately on how to tell my sister I'm not having any bridesmaids. I've tried the 'I'm not having any bridesmaids' line and it's not working.

Congratumalations from me too! We didn't get engaged, we just lived together for five years, then sneaked off to the Register Office. We met everyone afterwards, at the Pub, for lunch, and told them then.

No regrets.

No presents either, but that saved us all that 'thank you' letter writing!
