                • had gall stones just over twenty years ago and had to go on to an ultra low fat diet before an op to remove them. Was the first to have the op done laparascopically by the surgeon and was on the slab for over 4 hours. Apparently he practically had to scrape my gall bladder off my liver. Hope you're not havin yer tea as yer is reading

                    • nor here. I actually worked in a medical laboratory for a few years when a youngster. My first sight of a clot in a blood specimen almost had me chucking up but I recovered from that and am now immune. I think .

                              No but am absolutely stuffed with paneer passanda and lemon pilau rice and chick pea something or other. nom nom.

                              • Slow roasted root veg going down a very slow treat here - slow because I underestimated how long they would take to cook so I'm picking out the soft bits and putting the rest back in the oven - every 5 minutes or so
