feeding hens ?

does anyone know how much ,i should be feeding my hens ,i give them a handfull of pellets each day, and some corn about 3 o,clock .

My girls have ad hoc pellets - they help themselves from the feeder whenever they want to - and all the kitchen scraps. Going by official info they are probably over fed, but they are all healthy and happy so I'm not worried. They get mixed grain & corn for an occasional treat, as well as any greens I find on reduced at the shops because they've decimated anything even slightly green in their garden.
