Does remind me of a Yoga class that I went to, when we did a sort of spinal rock in semi darkness. One lady had flatulence problems, and on every up-rock there was an explosion. I had to bite my lip every time but I did admire her for coming back each week, knowing what was likely to happen - and it did

There was a time when, with a little encouragement, I would lie on my stomach and bring both legs up to touch my nose. It wasn't always appropriate in the office wearing a skirt though

I've just remembered, rather embarrassingly, how while seated, if dared, I would hook my ankle around the back of my neck - in public Really wish I could do it now. Maybe that will be my challenge for 2013 - regaining my flexibility
I blame it all on BB and his posts - I had put all of these embarrassing moments out of my mind
