Has anyone come across this stuff before and used it as a pest control

It's completely natural. Not sure about slugs, but it's good for chooks. It looks and feels like a soft grey powder, but up close & personal, it cracks the carapace of insects like Red Mites and Lice. Maybe it shreds snugs too?
