Minor Rant Thread part 7

Son finally coming home about 2pm.....went off to put a jumper on and never came back. Yes, lovely I'll just keep picaxing the hard ground on my own shall I, get the electric fence working on my own shall I, measure up for the shade cloth on my own shall I? No, it's ok your sister will help me.

Oh yes, and stupid bluddy little fluffy dog wot went after me chooks again first time in weeks! Little bluddy turd! Poor rooster was still running up the paddock last I saw him. Dog doesn't bite him, just chases and chases. Poor Frank was beside himself, couldn't work out where he was, came up to the house, then back down to the chookhouse, but then ran off up the top paddock. Had to leave him as he was so stressed he needed no one around. Will go down and check he's ok in a while.

And while I'm having a whinge.....yesterday helped out with the fundraiser for the pony club. Taking money at the gate for the rodeo for two hours. Next time remind me to check who's on before I volunteer. Only a couple that I have been trying hard to be civil to, and just plain, ok. Two hours and I'm back to where I was a few years ago - never would be too soon to see them again. Shoot me now andd be done with it!

Horse meat in burgers/ready meals ? at least "horse" meat is edible what I don't like in ready meals is the "E" numbers.
We never buy ready meals & cook everything from scratch.
We only buy "quality" burgers & then only a couple of time a year.

Why does my TV mad Husband always decide to watch iPlayer on his iPad just as I start downloading something. I'm on the Poota because you're 'on' the TV. Bless 'im!

My rant; being told by a doctor about mumble mumble years ago that my symptoms could not be diagnosed because 'we are all built differently'.

*I know it's a late rant but I've not done it before so it still counts and I'm still angry.

People who don't return surveys that would help get funding for events for their kids. Can only assume they'd rather moan again that there's nothing for their kids to do.

Still waiting for my chest X-ray results. Think I may ask for private scan tomorrow if still not here. Symptoms getting worse and doctors leave you for dead these days.

1) Doylems who think it's okay for a 12 year old to be up past 11pm on a Sunday night before school.

2) Even bigger doylems who put the milk on its side on the shelf in the fridge so it seeps out all over the fridge and the veg is swimming in it in the bottom.

3) Little b*****d cats who've worked out how to get the fly screen/cover thingy off the plate holding half a joint of beef left from dinner which was going to be lunches for the rest of the week, but instead is now in the bin half gnawed and covered in fluff and hair.

4) Chuffin' costochondritis which has decided to flare up because I stupidly carried 3 bags of compost to the car yesterday and now my chest is burning and my breathing is squiffy and I don't like it.

oo me back.
Just carried a pile of gardening books upstairs to their new home. Got a dedicated bookcase for all things gardening/bees/green but I think that pile was a bit heavy.
