Minor Rant Thread part 7

Our parish council, district council and county council who are bickering (and have been for at least 5 years) over whose responsibility it is to maintain the drainage ditch that runs between our plots and the primary school on the other side. District council owns the allotment land and leases it to parish council, county council owns the school land. Seeing as they can't make their minds up, the drainage ditch is hugely overgrown, and the privet, brambles, hawthorn, rosebay willowherb and numerous other weeds are both casting a huge amount of shade, and growing through the wall onto my plot

Attempted to cut the privet down with hedge-trimmers from my side of the wall yesterday, and not only could I not reach most of it so it was a pointless waste of time, I now can barely move my arms due to the weight of the hedgetrimmers and having to carry a bloody generator to and from the carpark at the other end of the allotments. Not happy!!!

Cold - me too Bins. Not had any warm here at all, and it's been trying to snow all bladdy day.

Fixed me gate at the front and the bladdy paperboy/girl still can't be bothered to close it

Luckily, the message contains the number 88A in it, so tomorrow I'm gonna have to wander around and see if that's a local address, and see if they know what the chuff it means.

I'm having problems with the vine as well. Sometimes having to stop a page trying to load, then trying again maybe a couple of times and then eventually it loads. Frustrating and well worth my rant.

I'm running IE and Chrome at the same time. When one message won't load I switch over, and by the time I've looked at that, the message has "usually" loaded on the other. Utterly ridiculous

Not getting the full benefit of my new 30meg broadband because ............................................the vine so SLOW.

Potty frustrated to heck
