put one leg in the, tip, twist, stretch & release the other one,bit like the hokey cokey
Yep BB, it kinda was...the other greenhouse I made (polycarbonate also) used screw sto attach the poly panels..I also added Tech 7 to secure them more...

So, I am not really used to the W clips and altho I haven't got stuck into it trying them yet, they seem very fiddly and keep springing off on me!
I also want to add some Tech 7 to secure the panels to the frame but can (I presume) only do this after I add the clips..otherwise i would be moving the panels away from the frame each time I try to secure a W clip.
There is no real instruction on how many clips to use per panel either ( I know it will depend on panel size but still....)

So that's my challenge for this week sorted then

          • Running late this week but hoping to plant out my peas which are now getting too big to be in modules.
I need good weather which seems to be in very short supply and more time as my sister is coming to stay for 8 days which means nothing will get done at all.

As carpet fitting was not completed until Tuesday and required to be left without traffic for 24 hours I was unable to get the cupboards back into the room until Wednesday just before closing time and as room was occupied till today could only complete refilling the cupboards this afternoon but Week 15 task now complete Reading room looks very nice and much bigger than it did previously. It will be a pleasure to work in.

              • Can't believe it, but we got a good day weather wise here today. Planted out a full row of peas (about 18 yards) of Kelvdon Wonder and Meteor. About another dozen plants left to find some space for.
Put my tomatoes and peppers in the conservatory tonight and made a makeshift cover for them with an old frame from a kids tent and covered it all over with fleece and bubble wrap. Fingers crossed they will still be standing upright in the morning.

                • I must go back and catch up with my challenges.

I think I can safely add a tidy workroom to my list - it was definitely a challenge, it took three days. And I've almost finished another dress - just need to get the zip in now my new sewing machine foot has arrived.

My challenge is to go to a party with disco tomorrow night and not make an absolute fool of myself - just my normal level of fool will be quite enough

Makes wk 10 challenge of 'organise fabric stash' of two crates and sort them into five look a bit lame!

                            • My challenge this week was to do something useful with a jar of old "new" halfpennies.

                              So I started out
                              with these

                              shined up the ha'pennies

                              and made this
which will adorn the post in the centre of the trellis.
