  • What are you looking forward to in 2013? (NOT New Year Resolutions!)

Title says it all really...instead of things we want to do better, how about things that are hopefully going to make 2013 a brilliant year for you?
Doesnt have to be garden related at all .....

Perhaps its that holiday you've always wanted to take? Maybe a day on the beach, or a new pair of wellies? Some new plant you've always wanted to grow, or a cake you've always wanted to make successfully?

The ideas and potential is endless

Getting on top of the depression that over took my life last year.

And going on a trip to Holland to see what's changed since I left it 38 years ago!

Getting stuck in to the 52 Week Challenge, and completing it.

A slightly less stressful study year, as I've retreated to the relative ease of a Level 1 module, which will in turn hopefully leave time to garden and do other things with less stress too.

Learning new things on the new module as it's a complete change from Literature to Environment.

Spending time with the OH and hopefully getting the house decluttered and sorted, along with the garden and the allotment, after he was made redundant at Christmas.

Spending more time in the garden and having a bit of a break from DIY/house renovations.
Fingers crossed we have a sunny ( but not too dry) year for a change!

Hopefully we'll see a bit more of our kids too

For both Mr F and I, we will be going to the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh to do a couple of small courses. Plus we both want to visit Ryton this year. When I read on threads about Grapes visiting I am green with envy, so time Mr F and I got our butts into gear and paid a visit.

Going to a family wedding in Spain in the summer and knowing I can buy a lovely summer outfit to go with it.
