Considering I'm reasonably active in DIY, allotment, etc. I stopped playing a high impact sport a year, maybe two years ago - thought I still 'had it'.
So, I've just tried day 1 of a fitness workout - day 1 being the fitness test. Sweating from every possible pore on my body, arms shaking like myself in a sweet shop.
