I know - some students were fretting last week at 3:15 that it was going to get too dark outside and they needed to put the tools back soon but it was still light at 4:15!!!

Can't wait to point that out to them this week. They are still on last term's time I think.

Been lovely and bright here too today and it's great to come home from work in the afternoon and it's still light, even if it is pitch black in the morning. Can't have it both ways, not yet anyway.

There's light at the end of the tunnel, let's just hope it's not the front of an oncoming train!

My neighbours daffodils are a good 8-10 inches above the dirt, the daylight is stretching farther into the evening and I'm looking forward to starting my second year of veggie growing, so before long you'll probably have to put up with me on a fairly regular basis again...sorry.

The season of renewed life is fast approaching and doesn't it just give you an uplifted feeling?

My daffodils are about 5" above the soil, and yes it does feel good. Can't wait for summer

                    Yep, sure have.

Also had nothing much to post about while not actually growing anything, but it won't be long before all those lovely little seeds start their journey into becoming my food and I excitedly start posting up lots of photo's again.

Good to 'see' you, by the way.

My daffodils are invisible. Far too early here.

-3C overnight and sunny today. Much warmer than 3C yesterday, and dark and 20mph wind...

Driving back home on Friday at half 5 I could still see a little light left in the sky. Nights are starting the draw out

5:15 when we came in today. Let's hope we get a few more still days too as I am behind on my muck mulch spreading.
