I've heard that carbonated water is not good for bone density, I assumed that this referred to commercially produced carbonated drinks.
I use a soda stream to make soda water and drink at least one litre a day.
Would my soda-stream sparkling water be better than the commercially produced or no different?
I can understand how chemicals may affect bone density, but not how fizzing bubbles into the water would affect it![Confused](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/confused.gif)
Any ideas?
