I have tried 6 times to contact this company by phone to ask when my order would be delivered, without an answer.
I have tried 3 times by email asking when my order would be delivered, without a response other than they had received my email.
I have now sent the another email to cancel the order and get my money back. Not sure how this will go!!!!

Probably inundated with people wondering where their order is - which they have kept hold of because of the inordinately cold weather.

The first line of an article from the Ipswich Star may just give you a clue.

"Our photographers more used to capturing spring blooms and seaside walkers at this time of year, once again donned their thermals and snow boots to......................"

Thompson and Morgan are based in Ipswich by the way.

My oca that I had ordered in August arrived today. The delivery slot was right, but the oca has mould on it. I did get it for free though. (voucher + free postage)

I received an email ftom T+M to say that my potatoes were in the post and they should arrive in the next 5 days, more than a week later I still had not received them so I contacted them to see what was going on, I got a reply 9 days later. They're either really busy or just lazy!

"Free" or not, tell them or send it back kathy - they shouldn't send out rubbish and its so expensive!

I already told them and sent a photo. They sent an email back saying they were busy and would reply within 2 days. They were a lot smaller than the ones from Paulieb as well.

Will do, tbh the £5 voucher I bought them with, came after I complained about my honeyberry plants. I'd almost forgotten about these but remembered the other day, but couldn't find confirmation. So glad they arrived, as I thought maybe I'd done something wrong when I ordered them!

I had 7 packets of seed delivered within a week using a £10 voucher for completing an online survey (very easy) so I have no complaints there - cost me £3 or so most of which was p&p.

I have never had any reason to complain about T&M either. The only time I had a problem, an order despatched was not delivered, replacement seeds were despatched within 24 hours. I thought it was brilliant service and I am always happy to recommend them.

There is no doubt that deliveries of tatties are being delayed by the weather this year. No point in sending them out if they will be damaged by frost in transit.

I am a bit curious here but some replies seem to defend T&M which i respect thier views but some of the replies are defending them on the grounds of the weather but clearly they are sending stuff out regardless of the weather so i do believe its got nothing to do with that
