Enjoyed Bob Flowerdew and James Wong, and the bees, but didn't buy much, only a heated propagator that I've had my eye on. Caitlin had a nice day too.

Taking it to the metropolis will

      Increase visitor numbers
Increase average spend as all those metro peeps will be growing in pots and patios and need loads of expensive gadgets.......no recession in London!!!!
Make it easier for people to attend from further afield........all roads lead to London......

BB is right....the locals will miss it!

I didn't go cause of the average reviews last two years.....

      Loving my allotment!

But London is not exactly in the middle of the country whatever they think about being centre of the universe unlike the Midlands which is by definition more central and easier to get to for more people. Although I can get to London easily on the train, I wouldn't fancy fighting on the west coast line with a load of plants etc whereas it's easy to put them in the boot of a car. No way I'd drive into London, it's a nightmare and I'm sure I'm not the only one. However, the EGS had several problems, firstly it wasn't actually that good and secondly, although in the Midlands it wasn't that easy to get to. On a plus point, unlike the NEC which is on a better road network, you don't have to pay for parking at Stoneleigh

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
