Dreamt last night that I was picking lovely tall chives and eating them straight from the garden.

Your post actually brought back childhood memories. My dad always had a few clumps of chives(we called it size for some reason) and were encouraged to snack on it. Saved food in the kitchen I suppose.Comment

OITC took me to the ballet in Glasgow to watch Nutcracker. I had a fit of the giggles because they sounded like the seagulls landing on our roof.
