Just bought some seed from local supermarket and noticed I've been charged
VAT on them at 10% band f
Also noticed If you buy seeds from the health food shop
As food you pay no vat
But if you buy them from a seed suppliers some charge vat

If I eat my carrot seed will I be able to claim my 3p vat back
