I LIKE spiders - a lot Regard them as pets and talk to them. Wouldn't dream of disturbing their webs - they are so beautiful - and that, folks, is my excuse for not hoovering

No. I don't do spiders. They are not noice, not noice at all. And I wished my hoover worked.
I do however pick christmas beetles and flying ants out of my bevvies. Some times you have to use your teeth as strainers as the beggars fly into the bevvies faster than you can flick them out.Ali

I have no problem at all with Spiders (thankfully, we don't have funnel-whatsits here, hey Feral!?), and I also, would've rescued the Spider, and used the batter.
