Foraging course... dates?

I've a course voucher to go on a RC course. I'm thinking of either the foraging course, or the build and bake one (build a pizza oven, bake a pizza, basically).

There's 4 dates available for the hedgerow foraging one... 6th /30th May or 9th / 16th September.

I'm not sure what would be the better date for the foraging one.. May, or Sept. What do you folks recommend?

Autumn foraging should be easy because of all the hedgerow fruits so I'd go in May when you're more likely to learn about something new.
