I've had that. It was sooooooh painful and I hadn't done anything I knew of to cause it. Anti inflamatories and it eased off after a few days

    • But it is morning Flo!

Miss missed the bus this morning! We both slept in - I woke up 10 mins after the bus left and thought Uh-oh. She was in the shower but obviously not going to make it! Was a pain as I'd been awake half the night sorting things in my head as you do. Thought I'd get to see my baby boy barista, but he's not working till friday. So I'm home with me cheese and me quince paste and the fire.

Raining out again. Not sure how I'm going to get the hay tomorrow their track was horrible last time when it was dry.

          • Morning all. Raining here - that'll be because I watered at the allotment yesterday evening and left the washing on the line in the garden

A few of my friends ( the ones that run!) have suffered with this - they all swear wearing fit flops made a huge difference. They're not the cheapest of footwear but it may be worth a shot. Plantar fasciitis takes a long time to go...

As for the foot pain, it isn't crippling me, but I can feel it when I've done a lot of walking - may need to change my boots. I have supportive insoles in them, but to be honest, they have seen better days.

                      Coffee?

                              • Hello all, beautiful sunny day today. And I've taken the day off work sick. Part due to illness and I think part due to the stress and depression it is causing. Would love to do a bit of gardening but still out of MPC so unable to do much more then weed.

Hope you all enjoy yourselves on this beautiful day.
