  • Right I is orf to do stuff,shall I empty the 3/4 ton of wood chippings from my trailer or shall I have my third day of scarifying the lawn (I jest you not I got SERIOUS moss ,a picture of the pile will be posted when it is completed )

              • I have at least 6 umbrellas - never use any of them! No, that's a lie, I have a children's bright yellow one with eyeholes in that lives in the back of the car. It never wants to stay up and collapses over your head unexpectedly. Gives everyone a laugh, including me
                Wonder if I can strip the fabric off an umbrella and cover it with netting or plastic to make a minicloche

                              I do all the time. When I harvest, the leaves get used in salad that day or eaten by me on way to the house. They are peppery and delicious.
