Don't envy you there sammy, although I would like a week off. Circumstances at work have dictated that I wait a week longer than usual to be at home for 2 weeks

We took the gazebo down at 5-ish because it felt like rain/wind was on the way but it never arrived so we've been sat out until just now instead

Plantar fasciitis? Just gurgled it out of curiosity and guess what!? Yup, left foot. Chiro didn't know what I was talking about and neither did Pilates Instructor. Ruddy experts! I always wear supportive footwear, and I don't live a particularly sedentary lifestyle, so I guess it must be the obesity!

it's supprising how common it is,i have always looked after my feet,small healed foot ware,but.....the last few months i have been using a pair of flat cheap fabric shoes as slippers,so i wonder if they are the culprits,plus i like being bare footed,it now has to stop,i might be getting on,but am nowhere near ready for that .....yard,do you have it G4,
