  • Morning all.

I don't mind the rain Feral, it's the mud that bugs me. The dogs trail it into the house and no matter that you towel them off they still manage to hide a bit and wriggle/drag it off in the house somewhere. Hope it's not too much work getting the fence fixed, Was it the rain that brought part down? I guess for the wild animals it can get pretty desperate at times and they do what they can to get by.

Hope everything is ok today Bins.

    • Morning All. Sunny here already, but a definite nip in the air. Good luck with your new job KCN and good wishes to Bins, keep calm and get your points across, your managers need training before they carry out any more performance reviews. Hope you get the fences sorted Feral. Another busy day for me, so better get on with it. See you all later, have a good day.

      • G'Moooooooooooooornin' Peeps! Sunny today, and my back is much better.

Everyone's sounding positive on here again, which is good. Good luck to Bins, Kitty, Jules and Hubby, and those others that need it.

New dog decided to jump in my Dad's newly finished raised flower bed, yesterday. It was filled with the finest sifted topsoil, and watered in. She's very pale, and came back out looking like she had big brown wellies on, and left footprints all over the driveway! Dad not happy.

Mum and I sniggered together, and legged it!

I'm orf, have a fab day, you lot. Laters...

                    • You can't go missing Wizz, or we'll always wonder!

LOL at your poor dad G4. And good one to yours Jules.

Tis verrrry muddy here. Altho it's actually rained so much - at last - that there is about 2cm lying on top of the ground. It's muddy where the horses have churned it up. Son found two birds who had been trapped in the downpipe that I cut off and put into the water butt at the hay shed. Told me off! Well how was I to know they'd built a nest at the top? They flew off so hoping they don't go back and do the same!

Have woodhenge happening in the fireplace again, and drying 3 pieces on top of the fire as well.

No: 1 son is moving atm. No: 2 is helping. Here's hoping he gets some of his bond back. He's moved into a 1 bedder as his mate and the g/f moved into grandma's shed till they can buy a house, then they'll all move back in, that way the 'boarder' boys will help pay off the mortgage. Have to laugh at their logic. Can't help wondering if they get married if they will take the mate's on the honeymoon with them

                      • Morning All.....absolutely beautiful and very 'ot too. Luvvvverly........

As I type the BH is having his head scanned in one of those tunnel things, that bang and clang. I had it done last year, hated it, scared the bejesus out of me. He's okay with it though, he doesn't even have the musak. Fingers crossed - I'm just about desperate to get him home tomorrow.

I have to go collect my new glasses today - I shall have three pairs to lose now and I'm wondering if'n I dare wear the new shoes just arrived from the 'Bay.......my feet swell in hot weather and I don't need blisters.....but 'tis a good excuse to wear the Le Tour skirt I made. I've still got to sew the waistband on the gnome skirt - real life got in the way - but it's very cute, I think so, anyway.

Bren, my Pa has his moments. It's odd, I know, but for some reason my MinL isn't speaking to me and I'm terribly upset.......

                        .......Not!

                              • Afternoon all!

Well, that's my first proper shift done and it was busy! Folk not quite waiting for us to open, but 3 minutes after the sign went out they were coming in!

Moo is wailing at me so I better go feed her. Catchyas all later.
