Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps - Y'allright?

Rode the BIG 'Orse, despite my aches and pains, then walked the Dogs, which loosened me up in readiness for gardening. Nice to have an evening at home to look forward to after two nights out. I'm not as young as I used to be!

Evening all. Had a not bad day. Got to the allotment this afternoon, and got home just before it started raining. It's now cold, damp and dark

Evening, I've done a bit of gardening, some shopping and 20mins step aerobics on my Wii, that's about it for the day apart from going a walk to gather some Comfrey.

Had an afternoon of shopping - a couple of light fittings and a cordless drill from L1dl, Dog medicaments from the vet and some other stuff from Tosserco - including, dare I say it, the July edition of another mag (KG) with 10 free packets of seeds
Waited at the traffic lights while a funeral procession passed by. First, a conventional hearse, the roof covered in flowers as well as inside, followed by a white glass sided hearse drawn by a pair of magnificent white horses, with 2 tophatted, frocktailed gentlemen at the reins. It was very moving and I couldn't help but think of Victorian times. when all vehicles were horse drawn. Such a different pace of life. RIP whoever you were.

I faced my demons ......well two of them anyway ( biggest one wasn't around) ....they said they were as gobsmacked as I , there were profuse apologies . But, it is now in the hands of the union ... there was so much wrong with the proceedure on so many things ....I actually got some sleep last night so.....hoping that it gets sorted officially now .
