You two playing up again? I can't see if there's anymore of you yet.
Bluddy frizzin' here today. Icy cold wind blowing in big gusts. I've got two lots of washing dry already, the third probably is as well, but I'm just warming up after rugging the horses. Haven't rugged them all this year, as it's a big pain trying to adjust them and take them on and off in the hot/cold days, so have only had one rugged......honestly, the boys are like badly behaved children. Two trying to sneak up on the one you're rugging, whilst you are getting whacked in the face with flying legstraps with clips. The are all done now and looking a tad happier. They had their butts facing the wind before - as they do when there's a snowy wind blowing.
Daughter is at her 3rd shift in a row - she's doing really well, altho the boss is quite mad - seriously! Yesterday she told her not to smile so much in the morning and then berated her for not smiiling enough in the afternoon. Quite proud of how daughter is taking it. I'd probably tell her to potter off, but then I'm a lot older and she wouldn't do that to me. It appears daughter has to wear something 'formal' to serve on saturday night. A bit of warning wouldn't go astray - with no money or shops much here it's a long shot. Not sure If I've got any material that might do. Not really what I was planning to do with my cold evening. Where's Jules when you need her!Ali

Happy Friday Grapeworld Its going to be a luvverly day and an even luvverlier weekend (unless the forecasters have got it wrong again)
Feral, I know now how you must have felt when we were shivering and you were sunning yourself. It really is incredible that the world can be so different on the opposite side (I understand myself even if nobody else does)
Have great day whatever you're doing

Its not the Barbies that are coming out here - its 4 semi-naked workmen in next door's garden They're lounging around on the new paving, I assume they're cleaning out the cracks... joints? (that doesn't sound right )
Bossman has just told me that he joined a gym this morning to get rid of some of this...as he patted his rather flabby tum that overhangs his shorts......Its the Big 4....0.... this year he confided, in a whisper that could be heard about 6 doors away...........
