Mornin all!

Cooler here too this morning- nice breeze and cloud cover. Makes a nice change tbh!

We're doing our first ever Vide Grenier ( clear your attic )... aka car boot sale...this Sunday and the weather looks like it'll be sunny. Problem is I've not yet had a chance to go through a huge pile of boxes to sort out what I need to try and sell.
No doubt my OH will gleefully help me sort a much bigger pile of stuff that I would!

Yesterday I made about 20 lavender sachets to try and sell...today I'll make some bread bags ( don't have bread bins here) from some pretty teatowels I bought in the UK.
...then it's 'sorting out the junk' time * sigh

this is a bit big- but I can't resist posting it!!!!

I bet you'd chuck more of Hubby's stuff than he would, though, Nickers. Well, that's how it usually works in our house.

That CAAAAAAAAAAAKE is fab. Doesn't quite go with my fry-up, though!

Morning, Grapes. Dull and cloudy start to the day here, though it is forecast to clear later and start getting really hot again for the weekend. I wish we could just have a happy medium.

Did you get you camera bag done, Hazel? I was off fighting with the under-seaming of a dress I want to take with me today. Up until 8pm last night it was still in it's component parts.......we're doing a little better this morning but still quite a lot to do, including the dreaded concealed zipper.

The binding strip is a bit short *grr* so I'll have to piece it in order to finish this evening. Internal corners looking ok at the mo, though, so that's another thing learned,

Morning all..Bright and sunny here today.....again!!

Listening to the radio this morning, dj commenting on the continuing beautiful weather said what different people we would be if this weather was something we had as a given.......Everyone is so much more pleasant and cheerful and amenable....

Right - dress is finished. Just need to do some hand-stitching on the lining, and I can do that at the APs'. It's not going to win any prizes for couture, but it looks nice on. It's the same as the Posh Green Frock, only it's taupe shot with blue.

The PGF is a no-goer thanks to the DD 'borrowing' my matching biker jacket & shoes without telling me, leaving them at a 'friend's' house after a night out and not getting them back. Livid didn't cover it......Anyhoo, I can wear this one with my denim jacket & pearls.

Ok, next job - give the BH a haircut!

Stoopid new dog just climbed over a little wall onto the slate roof of the log store. Cue - Sound of scrabbling claws as she slid down. Fortunately, I was able to grab her collar and haul her back just before she disappeared onto the concrete path below.
I should have known better - Rosie did exactly the same thing when I first had her - but off the roof of the outside toilet. That time I couldn't catch her. She still limps
