It was really good. I like the Ken Branagh one, but this was just so much more fun! A little less mannered and with a 'professional' head on, so much more accessible for the kids. If you can squeeze it, do! The music was great too.

WEYHAY we just had a drop of big spots,one mad rush to get pillows,quilt and covers all in,was lovely to feel it,DH said it now stoped,we were warned it might,plus storms

Evening, it looks like we picked a good week to go camping we didn't go far only down to South Derbyshire and stayed next to the National Forest near Swadlincote

Eeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps. Bought a big dark parasol today, and put that up for some shade, which made a bit of a difference. It's cooled down a little now, so I've turned the fan off.

Good, you didn't have to be swaddled in a coat Don't bother with the forms Bren, I've only got pink elastic instead of red tape anyway. Still hot here. Chester has arrived with just his bowl as luggage. We've just realised they haven't left his lead. When the family left to get in the car, he high tailed it into the kitchen. Think he likes it here, I wonder why?

What does it look like?

A great day today - I've been hosting a Christmas Quiltalong on line (bit anorak-y - but lots of fun for the stitchers amongst us), and fulfilling this weeks challenge (details and pics tomorrow, of course).

Also, have been out in ye olde car to Nice Pub, and managed not to witness any upsetting scenes. And I managed to retain my frock all evening. A win all round, I'd say.
