I recently sent off an order to B-actif, a French company who seem to specialise largely in Comfrey products in the form of Comfrey plants, Comfrey pellets and liquid feeds, but I haven't yet received the goods, and haven't had a reply to enquiries by email.
I wouldn't in any way accuse the company of not honouring their orders, and I must stress that no money has been taken out of my account, but I think you can understand my concern when two email enquiries have yet to receive a reply. Nothing would give me more pleasure than to announce the problem had been sorted, but for now it remains unresolved, and I just wondered whether any other members had experienced problems with this company.
