Oooh no 3 for me tonight - a dog that has started to ask to go out every time she needs a pee or a poo - we haven't had an 'accident' indoors for a good few days - not counting my blessings here folks but she has been much better at giving me some good signals! She has also been amply rewarded!

Seeing daughters friends organised to come out for the long weekend and have some fun at the folk festival and planning an allnight movie session. And getting lots of finger food cooked beforehand so they can graze to their hearts content.

So's my resident bluetit! Busy pulling the winter bedding out of her bird-box, spring must be about to spring.

The AA man (other breakdown services are available) who got my car started, then led me round the back roads to my garage so I could leave it to be repaired, avoiding the unbelievable gridlock around the M1/ M69/Fosse Park islands caused by ongoing road alterations including, this weekend, the M1/M69 roundabout being completely closed northbound.
If anyone's planning coming to Leicester on the motorway this weekend, don't!

Forgot to say, no courtesy cars available, so the AA man gave me a lift home too
