  • A fab night out with chums, yesterday. Great food, great company, and my normally sensible friend having a little too much wine, and being hilariously funny.

Although, how such a tiny skinny bird can EAT SOOOO MUCH FOOOD is totally beyond me!

    • Got a wife like that G4 5ft and a half inch eats me under the table, never been over 8 stone in her life.

Being out in the sun today top patio's jet washed, more spuds in bins first of the onion sets now 4 inch high and out in the main container.

Maybe just maybe the season has started.

      • Seeing KEEF at the Lotty. He's bust his shoulder so I've offered to help him with his plot. I have him some Babington Leeks too. Bless him he gave me some parsnips. I love KEEF and I have missed him

started making salt and rosemary roast potatoes and carrots when realised we had 2 pizzas in the fridge that need using so had them with pizza and they were fab.
Now off to do half an hour's gardening.
Seeing chums and it all working out in the end.

                    • Two days of spring weather. Just enough rain this morning to make it easy to dig out ground elder and nettle roots, and just enough sun this afternoon to make it pleasant to do so.
                      March is the new winter.
