        • Egg customer who knocked on the door for some change, said they're the best eggs he's ever eaten! He was most upset that he hasn't been able to get any for nearly a week, as they're so popular.

I think it helps that at £1 for six they're the cheapest you can buy, too, but it more than pays for their food now, so I'm not complaining.

                • Finding some broad bean plants at a nursery on the way home from work, when we thought we'd totally missed the boat for growing any this year. They're a lot smaller than others on our site, but I'm hoping they'll catch up.

                            • what made me very happy today/ reporting a chav 20 year old terrible driver to the police for racing into car park, on her mobile, reversing into someones shiny new little red fiat pride and joy, stayed on her phone. So I went over and asked her if she was going to leave them her insurance details - she said 'it ain't me. innit doh man' so.... I took great delight in reporting her to police non emergency line and they said they will take great delight in getting her to cough up the insurance details to the poor people with their little car and cautioning her for being on her phone whilst driving.
