Am so happy today, after a day and a night of torrential rain, today is just beautiful, clear and bright, my friends son is getting married today, in London, am just so pleased for them.
I knew him as a little boy, can't imagine him all grown up, in top hat n tails!
Went out for an hour, left the big gates open. When we came back our new Dalek was sitting in the middle of them. Happy days, composting here we come. Can anyone tell me how deep the layers of browns and greens should be, also what is it best yo start off with, thanks in advance
Little girl across the road who has been leasing our horse, and hasn't been able to do any of the pony club/jumping events I was hoping for both her and the horse, has just said she can come to the Fun Day next weekend!
I shall be taking two horses and 3 girls, wish me luck with listening to giggles and hope they all get on!
Oh and wish them luck in the events!
Some days it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints!

Knowing that I have less than 2 weeks to go until I say adios to my current work colleagues and start my new job - will miss the people but not the crappy job!!!!!!
Receiving an unexpected cheque for £116 - from the sale of " Rights" or something (its all beyond me) on some shares that I had for nowt years ago from a Building Society demutualisation. Those were the days.........
The last surprise cheque paid for the base for the new greenhouse - what shall I spend this one on?

Enjoying an hour's run round Kingsbury Water Park in the Autumn sunshine.
It clouded over when I got back to the car, started to spit as I drove out the car park, and 15mins later at home it's black as anything and seriously chucking it down.
