Having a dog who is impervious to hailstorms with thunder and lightening even though we are in the car and it is hammering down on the roof and windscreen. We just looked at each other and said - hey ho!

A dog that was too frightened of humans as a puppy to have anything to do with lap time ... has now discovered that sofa time is great and she can lie with her head over my knee - keeping me warm at the same time! She would be too big to sit on my knee anywayWhooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Well you can't keep me down for long, I phoned the camp site we were going to be staying at in half term and explained my holiday woes and they have very helpfully aided me in transferring my payment from a camping pitch towards a log cabin at a favourable rate. It just goes to show that the majority of people are good and decent human beings.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

My boss has been so nice allowing me to move holiday days on a couple of hours notice so I can have time off while my car is off road. And this time of year is so difficult - our holiday year ends at the end of March so everyone is busy booking time off, and from now until the end of February is the very best time for going to India, the weather is just perfect, so loads of people have saved up their days to take 3 weeks off now and go. So, thanks, bossLocation - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
Endless wonder.
