My average results from a week of taking my blood pressure at home being 45 points lower than in the Dr's surgery! I am such a hypochondriac, I only have to see the bp machine coming out and it shoots up!

I had to buy one of those cuffs too, and for the very same reason. Fine with it now.

That's great to hear, Glutton4. I think having yr bp taken in the dr's surgery is something a lot of people stress about. My GP said that even the DIY bp machine they have at the surgery makes people anxious and produces false readings.

Is that what happens when you eat nasturtium seeds?

I only bought them cos I made a mistake several years ago and mixed my dwarf nasturtiums with the 2meter ones and have ever since had pots with 6 ft trails of flowers!
Brill in certain parts of the garden....but I do need some just to fill bald spots - and no more!

What makes me happy is that what ever I seem to do peeps enjoy having a good chuckle at/with me!!!

Nice morning doing me charity work and 3 lots of washing on the line and drying in the sun. Let the 'chatting' potatoes have a little sunbathe in the kitchen before banishing them back to the porch.
