  • Oh absolute joy!!!

The agonising pain in my back has gone. BLISS!!

I still can't manage to bend or get up unaided (but don't need as much help as 3 days ago)

The improvement is amazing. I even managed to plant out some brassicas, change the bed (a challenging job if you can't bend) and empty the washing machine.

    I can even smile again.

    • Went to Supermarket today, and apart from bananas, walked right past all the fruit, vegetables, salad and flowers, didn't have to buy any!

Up to plot this pm, harvested, cooked and eaten within hours, ended with home made strawberry ice cream, and raspberries. Gorgeous !

Thank you very much, BM. Yes, it was lovely. We were off in the campervan in Germany, Holland and Belgium, just freewheeling and stopping wherever we fancied. It's a bit hard getting back to reality...

Let us know whether. it works! My experience with pond stuff, is that it's all mouth and trousers and full of promises that I can never get to work.

Are you going to send the 19 extra sachets back? , or act daft and assume that's what the order was ( if you see what I mean)!
