hearing that dad's alzheimer's has stabilised so he's reached a nice calm plateau at the moment, consultant very pleased and hasn't altered his medication. Mum's coping better now - all is rosy in their household at the moment

Unloading a load of grass clippings brought back from a client's garden and finding a very feisty and anything but slow slow worm at the bottom. Somehow it survived the mower, the grass collecting brush thingy and the trailer trip.
