You wouldn't of got a look in with the ice cream I'm afraid. Both of them love vanilla ice cream with some red syrup sauce on.

New (to me) heavy, lined curtains for the lounge. £40 and free postage!! Arrived this afternoon, and blocking out the draughts already!

Oh, and I have finally solved the freezing cold feet issue! I know I've always hated uggly boots - they look like sheepskin wellies. However, a second-hand pair with tired soles, are now snuggling my tootsies, and they're so lovely and warm, I reckon if I turned the light off, they'd be glowing like the kids in that old porridge advert!

Son who has been ill for a month with acute sinusitis took his grade 8 clarinet exam regardless. Not sure how he managed to breath while playing but he passed with merit so pleased!!
It's been a good day today, fab exam results, new router arrived and VC's PUPPIES!! I'll be popping the fizz tonight!
