    • Insurance companies. It's not enough that you charge so much, pay back so little, but you make me fill in 3 whole pages and then the site freezes before we get to the money bit?
I'm having a little bit of insurance rage here!

      • Can you develop an allergy to beer? I only had a pint last night after the allotment AGM and my head feels a bit funny.

Well there is the proverbial bad pint but normally that only comes to light after swallowing numerous others beforehand . Never a bad pint in the GR

I don't know. I have had a funny head last Wednesday after 2 pints of it - which was also unusual.
It tasted mighty good though but after an AGM almost anything would.

              :-/

Even more bizarre - the organisers have just appeared - dressed in aforementioned Christmas jumpers - bearing mince pies and a card.

Must have had a poor response last year as they're really pushing the boat out.

                  • I'm nearly 41 years old. Why does my dad saying he's calling in without giving a reason still throw me into a state of panic and wondering what I've done wrong?

I react the same when mine rings me. If he leaves a message on the machine at home, he never says what he wants, just says to ring him back. Nine times out of ten it's nothing awful, but he still sends me into a panic. Pathetic, as I'm 50 now ffs!

Is it still legal to flush someone's head down the toilet?

No idea - mine left 39 years ago and never contacted me again!
