I want to rant about having to wait for nearly 5hrs for my sister's chemo treatment, however I can't quite bring myself to do it. The hospital and staff are so brilliant, and they were great at explaining why it took so long to get ready, that I can't really shout at them...

Incredibly rude delivery drivers who have an aggressive hissy fit and storm off when you politely decline to take in a parcel for neighbours who you don't get on with. Perhaps he'd had an exceptionally bad day but really!!! Actually made me feel a bit shaky
