The more I read through the notes the more angry I'm getting ...I don't need this sh!te. Have discussed official ways with the area union rep now have to think and sort out where I'm going with this . Also , eldest (who is very perceptive) has said a few things which has given me some food for thought as too what may be going on and if she's right is making me even more angry ..

How dare they upset me like this ......it's worse than being bullied at school

Not Constructive Dismissal? I do hope not. Someone tried that on the BH once. It was a very costly mistake on their part.

omg Jules......that's all scary stuff ... but it does seem like someone is out to cause some trouble and I'm not sure who or why ...

better have a rant before we're told off......

that horrible feeling that someone is being very clever at being sneaky .....why me? I'm your original what you see is what you get , call a spade a spade kind of person .. whatever I have is achieved through hard work . I am honest , maybe too honest , but I am always, always always polite to customers and help them before anything else......

ME,when i went back in a factory after 27 years at home with kids and outdoor work,i was bullied until i left,not once,but 3 times,i ended up feeling like i was rubbish,whats up with me,1 was scared of me wanting to take over a job she wanted to do,how wrong was she,no2 i found out in tears in the office,i was the second 1,a person was sacked for something,and the rest got together to bully and get rid of her replacements,no 3 was a very funny bunch,just did not like new older recruit,when it was my birthday i asked what cake they like,up went a few noses,no thanks,1 said she only liked 1 persons ,so beat that,i never even bothered looking for another job as i was a bag of nerves,at the time i was only in my late 50's,they all felt threatened,no need,it's ageism in the work place,so i really feel for bins,

I know it won't help, but its not you, it's them. I had a boss like that many years ago and when I stood up to her with ACAS, she backed right off. Didn't stop me feeling persecuted though and I hated the feeling of always watching my back. When voluntary redundancy was offered nearly a year later, I snatched the chance. Went straight into another job where my pay tripled overnight. Now I look back and see fate played me a hand. I stayed in that job for many years.

Next time you meet, just ask them straight out; "Why is someone trying to get me to leave? Who did I upset, and more to the point, what did I do to upset them?" They'll look guilty straight away if there is something afoot. @r$€h0l€$!

Reading work related crud makes me feel sad for other people. Book me a place on the coach too.

My personal rant is I feel a little better about the poopy person in my life. I tried to minor rant it but I am still a bit too cross about it to not have to use asterisks. I think I just have to accept some people are idiots and will do stupid things and then show off to other people about how clever they are not realising they are just being nasty.

Morning all was drizzling but the sun is now trying to break through Shopping & other domestic things to do this AM,then get outside & see what has been happening in the later period

The people who had my gentle, sweet natured little dog before me. I accidentally caught her with the tumble dryer door earlier and she spent the next hour or so as a cowering wreck. It's taken me ages to get her calm and confident enough again to snuggle up with me as usual. Some people are absolutely horrible... still fuming, grrrrrr!!!
