When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

Only if you've added a stabiliser at the end of the ferment along with the campden tablet, I think.

                  • My left ankle is aching because the cat's been asleep on it for too long. But I can't move the cat because I know I should be doing other things than on here..........but it's too comfy, apart from the ankle.

Surprised myself by thinking of a bicycle stabiliser on the home brew container. I'd better watch out for the men in white coats today

                            • ^ they don't start?

why on earth did I think that sorting out, re-arranging furniture and going through all my books and material was a great idea? I haven't seen my sofa for 2 days.......And now i've re-arranged furniture, it looks smaller, and I still havent found anywhere for the mountain of material.

On the plus side, I have given ebay a bashing this week and soon to be more stuff, which reminds me, if you've received your stuff, then give me some feedback otherwise I'm sitting on tenterhooks wondering if the bloodyu stuff has got there!
