  • Having to find a working mouse for my laptop because the touchpad is not playing fair. Why do we have a boxful of mice (?) that don't work? There are a dozen non-working mice in there.

Well, there were - I've binned them now.

            • Builders, plumbers, painters and electricians who use my hose pipes and break the connectors off by being beastly and handling them without care, meaning that when I have planted something I cant water them in without using a watering can.
I'm not getting my best hosepipe out until they have finished which could be another two weeks.

We had one like that next to us for three years. He got kicked off. Now the one opposite is doing the same. Out of 23 plots, 17 have paid their fees - due in January. Six plots are neglected.

                          • Student loan application! Aggghh. Son has submitted it but needs to send off his birth certificate with a form filled in by someone responsible who has known him for 2 years. Well he's not known by any engineers, accountants, solicitors, bank staff, civil servants, minister of religion, or police officers and his teachers at college haven't known him for 2 years ... so I've got to ask a friend of ours the other side of Manchester if she can fill it in as she's a teacher.

Is it my fault he doesn't know people with professional qualifications - maybe it is?

And all this cos his passport has expired.

Agghh. And of course not having gone through the hassle of applying for his driving licence last year when he got to 17 means he wants it now to learn over the summer but we can't send off for that as his passport has expired which means he needs his birth certificate has to go to student loan company and then come back before we can send it off. Which might take weeks.

                            Aggghhh.
