growing toms and peppers under lights

I bought a cfl reptile lamp (full spectrum for photosynthesis) which is 75w and keeps a steady 21c but my worry is I'm using it outside a glass tank and as it reaches these temps of this level I'm wondering if there is a fire hazard if its glowing down on a plastic propagator and wooden panels.
