Went and fed the birds. No coat which was only a bit of a mistake. The main mistake was allowing the snow that was stacked up on the outside of the door to fall in. All cleared up now and the birds are enjoying the garlic tortillas and seed.

My rant - AGM of Scottish Branch of the NVS down at Auchterarder today and we leave at 10.00am. It's around 100 miles and we must be nuts going down but important decisions need to be made. Chairman standing down, Vice chair standing down, Treasurer likely to step up to chair. Busy meeting on other fronts as well.
